Viewing large data files

When viewing a large data file, the DEWESoft viewer has the following error:
Access violation at address 00792863 in module 'DEWESoft.exe'. Read of address 0A87B44C in module "ScopGraph.GetVal"
Also I'm unable to see the entire data series in the window. Please help me figure out what's wrong here.
