viewing J1939 CAN data

Wondering if I am interpreting what I see in the attachment correctly. I am sending an extended CAN message that I think is formatted correctly. A shot of the screen after sending some data is below. Here's the question: EFh is part of the message header for the destination device, so it makes sense that I see that. What does the (S: 1h) signify? I'm setting the source ID in the message as 1h, so I'm guessing that (S: 1h) is identifying the source CAN id. True?

Question 2: The destination address I am sending to is CAN id 0xCF. Should that be showing up somewhere on the CAN message display?
