UNV 55 exporting

Hi guys,

UNV 55 exporting isn't supported with the latest official release (2022.1). No option there on the drop-down list unlike the manual.

When will the feature be published?

Hi,

the UNV5 export is available but it needs to be added.

Go to Dewesoft settings and select "Add or remove extensions".

On the next screen expand the Plugins -> Exports and enable UNV5 export.

After pressing Next, the extension should be added.

Thank you! It is now enabled following your instruction.

Nevertheless the exporting doesn't seem to work as I press "Export". There is no file generated in the specified folder.

Could you help sort it out?

Hi,

when exporting, you need to have "Mode shapes" and "Damping ratios" enabled to successfully export to UNV55.

In Dewesoft 2022.2 this will be easier because you will only see mode shapes channels and the corresponding damping ratio will be automatically added to export.
