Storing data for 0.1 seconds after trigger

I would like to know if it is possible to create a variable and store data in it from a chosen analog signal for say 0.1 seconds after the trigger in offline math. I do not wish to export the entire original analog signal from start trigger to stop trigger (around 2 seconds) at full acquisition rate but just the transient part at full rate, which is approximately 0.1 s in duration.

Dear Chandrasekhar,

if you only want to export 0.1s of data after trigger you can also zoom into this area and export. When zoom is used only the "zoomed" data will be exported and not the whole data.

Otherwise if you want to create an additional channel with less data you can use the C++ script.

Hi,

The measurement cycle is not happening just once but several times. I require the transient data from each measurement between the start and stop triggers. It might be quite difficult to zoom into the required area for every measurement interval and export so I wished to know if there was an alternate way to do it in the offline math. Is there any way other than using the C++ script?

Dear Chandra,

would it be possible that you provide an example of data file? We would like to know what is the SR that you use and will try to implement some formulas to achieve the storing.

Also you can consider "Fast on triger slow otherwise" storing option, if you do not need full samples for all the signal.
