Sound Level Meter - Calibrate - Free Software

[Important note: I am using the free version of DEWESoft software. The data was collected on DEWESoft hardware, but I don't think that it was collected on the proper 'slice' in order to get the Sound Level Meter software functionality. I thought that my version of the software shouldn't have that function at all, but it's there, and I'm having trouble calibrating it. If the answer is "Yep, you need the upgraded software." No worries. This is more about budgeting right now."]

I'm trying to calibrate the Power Level Meter. It has a "calibrate" button that seems to pull different numbers out of space whenever you click on it. I have a calibration file, but I don't know how to enter that file into the discussion.

• If I'm doing something wrong, please help.
• If this issue is simply a matter of upgrading hardware/software, please let me know.

thank you for reaching out to us. The calibrate button in the Sound level meter is used in conjunction with the Calibrator. For more information on microphone calibration please refer to our online manual and pro training. If you have sensitivity of the microphone you can define it directly in the channel setup.
