Sorting on events in .dxd file
Hello,
I have loads of .dxd files storing torque data from a sensor on one of our tools and I want to export this data into excel and then to python.
There are several different triggering conditions for different events to start storing data. For example we have Simple Edge on TorqueTP11 and Simple Edge on TighteningTrigTrue. I am only interested in TighteningTrigTrue, is it possible to only show these triggered events, select them and then export it into my desired format.
If it is easier to export first into another format, or sorting can be done in perhaps matlab this will work too.
I am using DewesoftX.
Thanks

I have exported two events into both .xlsx and .csv. From the .xlsx I retrieve the events and the time where storing started and stopped. However there seems to be no configuration of Data presentation with "Relative", "Absolut", "Trigger", or "Post" time where the times match up between the two files.
Pictures for clarification from the same selected data.
From .xlsx file with events and their corresponding time:
From .csv top of file:
Bottom of file:
We can see that the start of storing the second event does not line up even with the end time of the second file. And these are stored with the same settings on Data presentation.
I am looking to save each event separately.
I kindly ask for help
Best regards

Hi,
did you have "ignore gaps between triggers" enabled?
If I calculate your storing time, the first storing time is 1,36642s and the second time is 1,69588s. If we sum that together we get 3,0623s, which is what we see at the bottom of the export.
