Rotor Balance Error after latest update 2025.3
After installing the latest update and updating the firmware on the SIRIUSx unit, we began to encounter the error message shown in the attached document.
This occurs after attempting a second trim solution.
Initial run, trial runs and first trim run work as expected. It's only when a second trim solution is attempted that the error come up
NOTE: I have repeatedly tried to upload a ~250 kB .jpeg to accompany this post. I have tried as a .png as well. File sprite appears, but the fill bar for upload does nothing.
NOTE 2: Copied below is the Debug file entry:

Customer Support Engineer
Dear Jon,
we would like to check which version on the Rotor Balance module you currently have?
Best regards.
Rok
Customer Support Engineer
Dear Jon,
Could you please share your setup file and maybe a screen recording of the steps on how to reproduce the issue?
Which Sirius-X device are you using?
We will try to get the same error on our side and show it to the developers.
Best Regards.
Rok
Chassis is a custom SIRIUSi-8xACC fitted with 5 x SIRIUS-ACC modules. I will try to share files.
@Rok Kmetič
I am still unable to share attachments in this forum.
I click on the ATTACHMENTS box, find the file locally, click OPEN, the file sprite appears in the attachment box, the REPLY button is greyed for a time, when the REPLY button un-greys, I click REPLY and the file is not in the post.

@Jon
you can upload the files on Google Drive: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1qzVQAf27gP-WyuhnD3aRY_orzedih5F2?usp=sharing
Customer Support Engineer
Dear Jon,
thank you for the provided setup file. I was able to reproduce the issue on 2025.3 version.
Then I switched to 2026.1 and the error was not detected.
Can you also try to install the DewesoftX 2026.1 version, test your setup and inform us if there is still an error?
The offline installer can be downloaded here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1qzVQAf27gP-WyuhnD3aRY_orzedih5F2
Please note that this is a test version of the upcoming release.
Best regards.
Rok
@Rok Kmetič
Thank you! Any idea when 2026.1 is getting released?
Customer Support Engineer
Dear Jon,
if everything goes as planned it will be released this week.
