Resampler export error

When I want to export measured data but with reduced data rate from 1kHz to 100Hz there is error (picture attached) occured. Could you help me what to do better, please?


I have DEWESoft 2020.2 (RC-200923) (64-bit).

This error is not fixed in the newest version (2020.2 (RC-201006) (64-bit)) too

Tried one more time on previous version of Dewesoft - X3 SP5 Release 190116 64bit and it works correctly.


Could you, please, forward this information to your developer team to fix it?

Dear Jan,


I used resampler at my side on different datafiles, measured with different sample rates, but I'm unable to reproduce the error. I also tried export to different formats and different Dewesoft versions and cannot reproduced the error. Are you able to send us your datafile, or at least a section of datafile where we can reproduce the error?

Thank you for your fast response. I will try to fully reinstall DEWESoft and try it export again. Sorry, but I am not able to send you my data file, because this data are mark as confidential from my company...


Because of this I hope reinstall will work correctly.

Dear Jan,


May I ask you how much RAM does your PC has? Unless you're unable to send the datafile I would ask you to send us at least Setup file, that we can create a datafile at our side.

Hello again Matic,


my system configuration is i7 Pro (9850H) + 32GB RAM + nVidia Quadro T2000 with OS Win 10 64bit.


But at last I tried to change settings as you can see in attachment, where I uncheck the middle option and... It works fine with me... So I do not know where was any problem, but with this settings is working correctly.

Dear Jan,


thank you for letting us know. I spoke with the developer and he advised that this checkbox results to more performance consuming resampler. Specific export formats are even more consuming. It's OK if your export works fine without this option enabled.
