Reading torque data from Lorenz DR-3000 in DEWESoft using Serial COM Plugin

We have a DR-3000 1kNm torque sensor from Lorenz Messtechnik GmbH which has a USB Interface to the PC. We want to read the transmitted channels from the sensor in DEWESoft X.

• The sensor works fine with the OEM's application.
• When we tried connecting with the Serial COM Plugin, we didn't seem to receive any response. Or we have no clue how to configure the response channel.

We need assistance to connect and receive torque data in the software. I've attached the datasheet and the operation manual for your reference.
