Hello, I have problem with opening measured data file. yesterday all works good, I did some analysis of measured data, but when I opened it today's morning, there problem occured (attached hereinafter) and I am not open that file. When I try to import the data into another measurement, there are import only shoren part of whole measurement (last before saving I worked with only part of long measurement). Is here any way how to fix the file (it is quite big, it has almost 2GB)? Thank you for your help, because it was very important measurement for me, but I have not any backup.

I tried to update DEWESoft into the newest RC version, but it doesn't work.

Dear Jan,

You can use the Revert to Original function, which will delete all postprocessing work to the initial state. But I do not recommend this if a lot of work was done.

Anyhow, I would rather suggest sharing the datafile with us. You can use our Private forum discussion to share up to 2GB.

Dear Matic,

thank you for your help. I would like to try that but I am not able to do that, because when I want to show list with measured datafiles, Dewesoft freeze and fall down when it wanna load info about this corrupted file. Do you have any other help or I lost my measured data and can only work with that small part which is able to import into another measurement?

Or how can I get into Private forum, please?

Have a nice evening,

Jan

Hi,

I would suggest that you observe at which datafile DewesoftX freezes when enlisting. Then send to us this particular datafile and we will attempt to fix it. As I said, you can use Private forum topic for exchange or you can upload your datafile to e.g. GoogleDrive or WeTransfer and send a link to support@dewesoft.com. We will consider your request and give you feedback.

Private forums are on the bottom of the intro page.

Best regards
