Problem with licensing

I have problem with actual stable version of DewesoftX 2024.3 with licensing. I can measure data file with Dewe HW with integrated license, but when I want to open measured file, here is an message about missing license occur. In previous version this worked very well. I was able to open whatever I want and it used "license" from used HW without any problem, but nowadays I have big problem with old data file. I have license only in our measurement units, not it SW (this does not work with me correctly).

Could you help me with solve this problem than I will return back to any previous version, where this was without problem?

I tried the RC version of 2024.4, but here is the "problem" again. Older version 2024.2 works well with "licence" from measured data...

I'm deeply sorry that we haven't responded earlier. For some reason this topic slept out of the focus.

I assume that the problem is not gone. Would it be possible that you send a short DXD file with us so we can see the "missing" license error?

Additionally please let me know which licenses were stored on the measurement PC while you measure the DXD file?

P.S. you can export a small part of DXD file. Firstly you will open DXD file and zoom the small portion. Then you will navigate to Export tab and select Dewesoft export as shown below and click to Export. The new file will have reduced file size.
