Photron FastCam Link

When I check the Photon FastCam box under the hardware setup page on Dewesoft 7.1.1, Dewesoft prompts the following: "PDCLIB.dll library not found".

Does anyone know what this means?

This means you don't have the PDCLIB.dll in your addons folder. Did you install all extensions when you installed Dewesoft?

I was recently given the system I do not know the details, I am assuming that the add-on was not installed. How do I go about obtaining the extension for this system?

In the attached .pdf you can find the instructions for the plugin. You need to contact our support (support@dewesoft.com) to get the missing dll files, but you must have a license for the plugin.

System came with a license key, would I have to check with support to see if the key I have is good, or would I be able to find out just by installing the plugins?

Yes, check with support if the license key supports the plugin.
