Offline DSMinGW install issues

Hello, I am trying to use C++ scripting in DEWESOFT. DSMinGW is installed onto my computer but when I go into apps & features and attempt to modify DEWESOFT to check the C++ box, it does not appear as an option. I have tried uninstalling both DEWESOFT and DSMinGW and that did not work. Also, I am trying on version 2021.3 and SP12.
