Modbus Master Plugin: Communicating twice with the same device using different Unit IDs

Dear Dewesoft Support team,

Is it possible to establish multiple connections to the same device/IP using different Unit IDs?

The plugin issues a warning saying "IP address should be unique", but no real error is generated.

The plugin logs indicate that the first modbus device is working as intended, whereas the second device "receives" all high values (FF) for randomly distributed registers. The logs for the second device show no data requests are made to the device.

I am using the plugin version 2.2.7 (64-bit) on DWX3-SP11 (64-bit).

In the latest version of Modbus master plugin, this should be possible.

You will still get the warning that UnitID needs to be unique, but everything will work. The warning will be removed in future versions of the plugin.
