Missing Frequency

While loading the same file with Dewesoft X 2021.3 and 2021.6 version I get different behaviors. In the 2021.6 version the frequency value is missing even though it is recorded

Dear David,

thank you for contacting us. From the attached images we can see that the Rate is 0 Hz and there are alarms visible on the image MissingFreqValue.JPG there are alarm while the image FreqValue-2021.3.JPG does not contain any alarms. Would you please be so kind and share the data file?
