Merge two files - logged with different speed

Hi,

I am looking to merge two vibration data files to compare them but both were logged with different speeds.

I have imported both to one file, and noticed that one is half an octave than the other one - thus the signals do not match.

Is there a way to either elongate one or shorter the other one to make them match?
