Hi,

I am struggling with this math function, I assume it is supposed to return a non-zero value when the logger is triggered. However I only ever get a 0 value from this. Can you please provide details on the function and or an example that shows how it functions?

Hi,

the "trig" function will give you a 1 pulse when DEWESoft finds a storing trigger. To use this function, your storing needs to be in a "fast on trigger" or "fast on trigger, slow otherwise" mode.

There's also the "storing" function, which will return a 1 when data is being stored and a 0 when it is not. This function works on a single value principle, so it will always retain the last value when looking at it in analysis, but it works for live triggering.

Hi,

Thanks for the information, I wasnt aware that the function retained its last value.
