Lookup Table Math Function

Hi...i am struggling to understand how your math lookup table works. Attached file contains 2 columns, Time and Output. If I input a Time value i would like to get the corresponding Output value. Please can you provide an example.

For the Lookup table Rows and columns in the table represents possible inputs values for input channels. For example: 

Inputs: Ch.1 = 0, Ch. 2 = 1 ... gives output of 2 

Inputs: Ch.1 = 1, Ch. 2 = 1 ... gives output of 4, etc. 

Can you consider using the Time reference curve Math for this application? This one relates to the Time component.

While Scaling math relates to the Table value. In the example, I use time input from the formula channel.
