How to setup Kistler tri-axial force sensor?

I have a Kistler tri-axial force sensor, i have made the physical connection with the Dewesoft DAQ system but when measuring I am not able to setup according to the sensor calibration certificate. WHich has sensitivity value for Z axis -3.7 pC/N and so on for the remaining axis. How can I use this to get accurate data> Thanking you

we have tested this in simulation mode and it is possible to set the sensitivity of -3,7pC/N.

Please let us know if there are some other issues.
