How to set Z axis tick label decimal precision

I have made some 3-D (waterfall) plots, with a color bar to the left of the plots to show the z-axis scaling. I'm using a log z axis, so the tick marks on the color bar should be (top to bottom) "1, 0.1, 0.01, 0.001, 0.0001". However, the decimal precision for the z-axis ticks is 1 decimal place, so what is actually displayed is "1.0, 0.1, 0.0, 0.0, 0.0". How can I change this to show either 4 decimal places or 1 significant figure?

you can set the precision by right clicking on the channel and selecting "Properties".

Here you can set the decimal places by disabling "Auto" and then you can input your wanted precision.
