How to intentionally call up the "Remap Channels" window?

This usually auto launches when the setup file detects a hardware change. But in my case I'm adding a slice to an existing test and need to shift a dozen channels down to the bottom of the list.

Doing this manually via copy/paste is tedious.

How do I call up that window?
