Help in Dewesoft X6 (64bit)

Hi there,

i downloaded and installed X3SP6, 64bit today. When I press F1 in Dewesoft nothing happens, within the parallel installes X3SP4, 32bit F1 works.

Any suggestions?

so you installed the new release version 190314. We tested the manual with the release version on our site and can not reproduce this issue. Can you check in the Bin64/X3/Manual/html folder if the manual has installed correctly?

yes, the DS manual folder exists on my PC - the path is "C:\sw\DEWESoft\Bin64\X3\Manual\html".

Due to our company-policis my standard WebBrowser in Win10 default-app-settings is MS-Internet-Explorer, is this the reason?

from you previous photo we assume that when you did an installation you overwrite the previous version. The manual folder should look like on the following picture. Please try to install the software in a separate folder.

If this does not work please try to use offline math, which you enable in the settings.

Hi, correct - installation was done without uninstalling the previous (sp5) version.

Now i made a clean install and the manual folder looks like our screenshot.

F1 Online Help works now, thanks!

Bty is is possibe to install X3 64bit (eg sp6) and a different X3 32bit Version (eg sp4) parallel on a machine?

you can install different versions, you just need to install them into different folders.
