Export txt & Mat files

Hi, I have tried to use the ExportDataEx command to export data to txt file. In the Export Type I entered 7 for text file. But an Excel file was exported instead of a txt file. I have also tried the Export data command. 
Also, is there a way to export data to Matlab file without installing a copy of Matlab program?

Hello,
I figured out what caused your issue, your file is exported to .csv format. In order  to get the .txt file you have to input the file name like this Test.txt.
