export blocks of data

I have a file that is way too large to export to Excel, and it failed. The file is about 8 hours long, sampling at 200 Hz. I need the first 30 minutes of data.

How do I export a portion of the data to Excel, or Matlab?

To export only a portion of the data you need to zoom the data you want to export. See the attached video.
