Ethernet Plugin Licence

Hello,

I want to ask about Ethernet Plugin. I have the .dll file (version 2.5) downloaded, but when i change status of the plugin to used, my registration status goes to 'not supported' (see pic). How I can obtain licence for the ethernet plugin? That seems like a basic question, so I'm sorry if there is an answer to it somewhere, but i couldn't find anything about that in neither knowledge base nor forum.

I run Dewesoft v7.1 on DEWE-800 with CA-CPU and Combustion Analysis software on Windows XP. Thanks in advance for help.

I did as you advised and contacted my local distributor. They said that since Dewesoft v7.1 is no longer supported, the plugin can be installed and used for free and they gave me a download link to Ethernet Receiver v2.7. Unforunately, the same problem still occurs - the moment I enable ER plugin, license status goes to 'not supported'. Could you please clarify this matter?

Dewesoft 7.1 is still being supported but not actively developed anymore, we suggest using the latest version, 7.1.3 b443.



You still need a license though as even older versions still require a valid license. Our representative will contact you shortly to sort out the licensing.
