I have these problems when installing DefesoftX 2024.4. CAn help me?

Hello Lidia,


Can you try registering extension once again and let me know the result?


The steps are

  • navigate to Bin64 in the installation folder
  • Right click to DCOMReg.exe and choose "Run as admin"
  • Check Addons and click to Register


Can you share screenshots of statuses of the registered plugins?


Do let me know also which DewesoftX version do you use?


Do you need all of those plugins that are on the Error log widnow?

I followed the steps and I have these results of add-ons:

The version of DewesoftX is 2024.4 and the version to install was x32 bits.

I have problems connecting the CAT6 cable, which does not recognize the sensors. As the image:

If I understood correctly, registering the problems solve the problem of the "Initializin plugin.dll" errors on the startup. Can you confirm?



Next, to your concern about the sensors, can you please let me know which sensors do you us? Can you let me know which model, i.e. which DAQ devices do you have connected ?

I found that the register or plugin wasn't the problem. The problem is related to the communication protocol. I read other posts to trying resolve it, but the problem is not resolved. I can't install the EtherCAT driver. Can you help me find an EtherCAT driver compatible with Windows x86 or ARM64?

Thank you for your troubleshooting up to that point.


What does it mean that you "cannot install the EthercatDAQ driver version 0.92" from the link https://downloads.dewesoft.com/drivers-firmware/ethercat-daq-driver.zip?


Do you get any error during the install? What kind of?
