Error of DEWE soft converting .dxd file to matlab file

I downloaded the Dewesoft software to convert from .dxd file to matlab file. I already installed Matlab file in my PC. But when I convert .dxd file to matlab file, I got the following error.

Thus why I remove the 32 bit Dewesoft software and download 64 bit Dewesoft software. I also got the same error of not being installed 64 bit Matlab.

As a result, I would like to know how to convert the .dxd file to matlab file?
