Error LoadSetup Function when using with C#.Net

Hi,

I have a big error. When I open the *.xml setup file with loadsetup() function, the software error occurs like image 1 (dewesoft X) and image 2 (visual studio).

This does not happen often or periodically.

For example:

- Test run 1: error occurred when I loadsetup 5 times

- Test run 2: error occurred when I loadsetup 2 times

- Test run 3: error occurred when I loadsetup 8 times

Please send me 1 way to fix this error.

thank you for reaching out to us. Would you pleas be so kind and check if the option Decoupled acquisition and UI is disabled, please refer to the attached image. If it is enabled, please disable it. If disabling of the option does not help, would it be possible that you send us the setup file?

I do not have a C# but I have tried this with Python and was able to load the setup 20 times in a row without any issues. The Interface not supported error could be an C# issue. In the attachment I am sending you a python script that loads the setup 20 times and starts recording the data. You will need to install the python pywin32 module to run the script.

Please let us know if the python script is also having the issues that you are observing with C#.

i can't fix this error, My c# code is the same python code. but it still error in the LoadSetup() function

I think the error in DeweSoftX Application.

thank you for the additional information. From the images it looks like DewesoftX crashes. WE do not know where it crashed or what is the reason since it crashes randomly. From the setup file I can se that you are using simulation mode. Have you tried using real measurement and one math channel?

I was not able to run you C# example due to error: Couldn't process file Form1.resx due to its being in the Internet or Restricted zone or having the mark of the web on the file. Remove the mark of the web if you want to process these files.

Would you please be so kind and maybe create a minimal sample with C# to load a setup an test if that works for you? I can also test that example.
