ECAT Configuration Export Firmware Version

Hello,

When I attempt to generate the ENI Export, I receive a popup message with the text:
"This version of the plugin requires SIRIUS firmware version to be 7.3.24.75 or new. ENI file will not be exported."

I'm using a SIRIUSe slice with firmware version 8.0.10.75 with DewesoftX Version 2021.6 64-bit and ECAT Configuration Export Plugin version 1.19 21R05 64-bit.

Is this plugin not compatible with the SIRIUSe, or this a bug in the plugin? Also is there any additional documentation for the plugin available?

Hello Steven,

unfortunately, this is an issue in the current version of the plugin, where it detects newer versions as too old.

We are already working on a new version, but in the meantime I would suggest downgrading the firmware if you don't specifically need the newer version.
You can download the old firmware package with the latest compatible version from here.

We don't have the ECAT Config Export plugin manual published yet, but you can download it from this link.

I was able to downgrade the firmware and it the plugin in now working.
