I have a channel called Copley_Current that is a serial channel. The data appears correct when recording and is exported correctly in winplot and .txt file is correct. It does not appear to be just a constant scaling issue. Max current ~2.9 amps, However, when data is played back in analyze mode the data does not match what was recorded. I cant upload the .dxd as it 64 mb.

Dear Gary,

thank you for reaching out to us. It is strange that the exported values are correct but the actual values in Analysis are not. You could export the .dxd file to .dxz to compress it. We have a solution How to send your files to Dewesoft Team. Kind regards.

Dear Gary,

thank you for sharing the data file. Are you using DewesoftX 2022.1? This was a bug in 2022.1 where the reduced values were not displayed correctly. We would suggest that you enable the Display type to Actual values (attached image) or upgrade to a newer release of DewesoftX.

Kind regards.
