DS-IMU Not accepting license.

I have been trying to use our DS-IMU but the system is refusing to accept the license for it. I have the IMU plugged into the system it says its connected. But when i enter the license it will not allow me to register it....... I need this to work thank you

do I need to delete the license from my other PC before I can use it on a different PC?

Hi,

the DS-IMU should come with the registered license file (*.lic) which needs to be copied to system folder.
The online registration should also work, but the computer needs to be connected to the internet.

If you could send us the license number or the serial number of DS-IMU, we can also check in the database, if the registration was done correctly.
