DeweSoft 7.1 and Rotor Balancing add-on

Dear Dewesoft support team,
when we use DEWEsoft 7.0.4 with DEWE-43-DSA, the rotor balancing can be used properely.
but when we try to do rotor balancing in DEWESoft 7.1 the rotor balancing didn't recognized the output channel of OrderTracking. the right-side channels list shown no any channel (blank).
we try on rotorbalancing v2.0 and v2.3
please let me know if some one has a similar trouble?
