Dewesoft 2026.2 – Optris Camera Display Issue

Dear Dewesoft Support Team,

I am currently using Dewesoft version 2026.2. When I attempt to acquire measurements using an Optris camera, the camera image appears fixed in the top-left corner of the screen, and I am unable to interact with or adjust it in any way.

Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue? I would greatly appreciate your assistance at your earliest convenience.

Thank you for reaching out. We are aware of this issue and our team is actively working on a solution.

In the meantime, the attached version of the Optris plugin might resolve the problem for you. Please save the contents of this target folder and then extract the attached file directly here: C:\Program Files\DewesoftX\Bin64\Addons64\Optris

Please let me know if this helps. Either way, I will notify you as soon as the issue is officially resolved.

I tested the files you provided by extracting them into the specified folder, but unfortunately the issue still persists.
