DCOM registration error

When running DCOM registeration, I get the error (attached). I have tried running it as admin, but no effect. Can you advice?

It looks like you don't have installed the latest redistributable. Can you please try to install the latest redistributable from the following link The latest redistributable.

I have installed the x64: vc_redist.x64.exe from the link you have provided as I have the Dewesoft 64bit version. No Luck. Still the same error and Fails to register.
