connectivity issues

hello, I have been using the dewesoft system for a few months now. I have 4 IOLITE modules connected by ethercat in series, and the first one to a computer.


Since I've been using it, I find that, randomly, the system stops recording and measuring data from the devices I have connected. Sometimes, no warning is displayed, it just stops measuring. Other times, I get a warning that it has been disconnected. Other times, it stops and starts measuring again. 


Also, other times it happens that, having everything connected and switched on, the PC does not recognise the devices. I restart the PC and IOLITEs and it recognises them without touching any cable. This is the most recurrent problem.


I don't know what this could be due to, but I would like to find a solution as it makes my work very difficult.

are you using any RJ45 to USB adaptors?
