Combustion Analyzer IMEPg vs IMEPn

Taking cylinder pressure data using the dewesoft combustion analyzer and we noticed that the IMEPg is less than IMEPn. Gross IMEP should never be less than net IMEP so something is either backwards in our setup or there's something in the software I'm not understanding. Any thoughts on what part of the setup could reverse gross and net IMEP?

Is is possible to get a short datafile of the measurement to see this? It could most likely be just some setting that needs to be modified and we can quickly determine it this way.
