We have a turbine flow meter which outputs a frequency that corresponds with a flow. This frequency output is input into a counter module in Dewesoft.

The calibration curve for this meter is a 10-point calibration, as it is not quite linear throughout the range. An example of this type of curve is attached below:


Is there a way to input this calibration table so that the frequency input into the counter module references this table?

It looks like this can be done on an analog type input, but I have not figured out how to do so for a counter input.

Is there a different way this type of input should be fed into Dewesoft instead of a counter module to make this work?


Any help in regards to how to set this up, if it is possible, would be appreciated.

Your best option is to create a custom scale set up as a table. Increase your number of points to whatever.
