Calibration Status Display

Hi,

Is there a way to display on the measure screen the current calibration status of a defined analogue sensor(s)?

thank you for reaching out to us. The calibration status of the analog sensor can be seen, in measure mode, only under the channel setup. Please refer to the attached gif.

would you please be so kind and tell us your use case - measurement process. The calibration status can be also displayed in the Analog in, please refer to the image below, where the sensor recal data is also highlighted with red.

Hi,

It is being used as production test equipment, so we want to flag to the operator if calibration expires while they are using it.

We have it setup to allow minimal operator input, ie press start button get pass or fail and move on to the next one. So our operators are not checking any of those other fields currently.

I have created a feature request. I can not tell you when it will be implemented. For now we would suggest that somebody checks the Analog In for calibration. Or maybe have a database of all the sensors that you use and the calibration dates to check for expiration dates.

I would definitely use this feature if it's accessible from sequence so can check in an automated way. Along with the ability to export the calibration information in data files, I hate having to do this manually.

I would like to provide some additional information. A warning message appears in the Statuses bar -> is this sufficient? Or would you like to access this information in some other way?

I believe that would meet my needs. In the case of using Sequencer is it possible to also not allow the operator to continue if a calibration warning exists?

good to hear that the Status bar meets your needs. In case of using Sequencer it is not possible to prevent the measurement if the warning appears. I will talk to our developers regarding the Sequencer and will get back to you.
