I want to calculate average value of measured signal with below condition

  1. the last 5min of measured signal
  2. between two events in the total measured time Or between two time stamp in the log

Dear Nataraj,


for the calculation of average value of the signal between two time stamps or events you can use Basic statistic with "Start-stop block" option.



For calculation the average value of the last 5 minutes of measurement we suggest the offline calculation. You can create a single value channel in Math with only acqtime for "Stop time" channel. For "Start time" channel you can only divide the 5 min from the stop channel. You can then use the channels as trigger channels in the basic statistic with "Start-stop blocks" option.

Hi,

Thanks for your support but I failed to create triggers to use start and stop blocks. I have attached signal file, could you please help me to understand both way of measuring average values in the attached file.

you just need to change the *.zip to *.dxz and than you can open the file.

unfortunately, every *.dxz file will be transformed into *.zip file. Please see attached pictures.
