Automating DEWESoft Export to Matlab with only selected channels

I have created a sequence that will export a batch of DEWESoft data files in Matlab format.  I need to be able to select about 10 of the 40 channels collected.  Currently, I am using the macro function.  The problem is it has to be set up on the computer that will run the sequence, and, if the screen moves relative to the monitor the the mouse commands are off.  I am interested in what is turned on or off, not the path of the mouse or the time it takes to move the mouse.  Is there a better way to do this?

if all the files have the same channels, multifile export can be used.

First go to analysis tab, select the files you wold like to export and press "Multifile export"

The pop-up window should appear and if all data files have the same channels, it will be possible to choose which will be exported. 

Pressing the "Export" button will start the exporting process.
