Add video file to multifile

Hi everybody

Is any method for adding the video file (avi) to measured data multifile (d7d)? Total time of all d7d files is same as total time of one video file (acquisition rates are different).

Thanks

Hi,

what you are asking is partially possible. Video files need to be added separately to each file. This means that if you have a multi-file, you need to add the video to each file and define the start time of the video.

If the files are from the same acquisition session (they have the same acquisition rate and were recorded with the same setup file), then you can open all the multi files at once and export them as a single file. Instead of opening a single file, double-click on the group of files or select all the files at once and hit enter. Then go to the export tab and export the files to the DEWESoft format. In the single file you will still be able to see the markers from the sequence. This way you can reduce the number of files to which you will have to sync the video file. If every other file is captured with a different acquisition rate, then the video will have to be added separately.

For adding and synchronizing video files to data files, please refer to the chapter Video post synchronization of the Video PRO training course.

Thanks.

It is so simple and so heavy to make one step in a different way I do usually. Command Save as, I tried several times is not supported for multifiles.
