Add user note using the DCOM interface

I would like to know if the same i.e a user note can be added using the DCOM interface

unfortunately, DCOM doesn't support writing notes.

Thanks....In the mean time, is it possible in any other way to write a "text" or "string" value at different times (say at t, t+60s, t+120s etc) whilst in "Measure" mode and storing data using the DCOM interface?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. As a workaround, you can write an event at a certain time.
