Access violation error

Hi, I have an error like, "Setup file is not valid or has the wrong structure. Access violation at adress 004DD73B in module 'DEWESoft.exe'. Read of address 00000000 How can I fix this? Best regards, Emre TUZUNER

Dear Mr. TUZUNER, Please send the setup file to support@dewesoft.org and we will take a look what is the reason of the failure.
