Remote Automated DCOM - CVI ActiveX Access denied

I am not having any luck connecting to DEWESoft (7.0.6) remotely using Labwindows CVI and the ActiveX calls created from DeweX.ocx.

I've tried various security settings on both the control computer and the dewetron machine with no luck.

Has anyone been successful in connecting remotely? In C?

please make sure to correctly configure DCOM on the remote computer. You can do this with the application "dcomcnfg", by choosing the "interactive user" option, which is selected in the attached picture.
