C# Example Plugin - "Plugins not working in Demo Mode"

I am trying to load the C# Example Plugin and I am getting the following message on the license page. "Plugins not working in Demo Mode".

Do I have to have hardware connected in order to run a plugin? I didn't think I needed a special license to run the base DeweSoft Software.

Note: I contacted tech support yesterday and have yet to get a response.

I'm experimenting with plugins and I got an evaluation license. I still don't see the plugins in Hardware setup/Plugins window.

What do I need to do to get this working?
