Vector HW problem

Hello,
I have problem with Vector's HW VN1610/11. I have new business computer with new copy of DewesoftX 2024.3, I have installed actual drivers for Vector HW, but I am not still able to connect Vector HW into Dewesoft. In Settings - Equipment (or HW) I click on + and then on Vector CAN (I have license for this 3rd part HW instead) and it shows me "Vector CAN (Disconnected)". In Vector HW manager I am able to see their HW without any error or so. On my old notebook it works well, but here I have problem with that. Could you help me to fix this problem, please?
