DS-WIFI Extending Range

I am trying to extend the range of the weather station that we have. We are going to use an extender. There are three points that I have. The weather station, truck, and the repeater. I received some info from DEWEsoft on how to do this (see pictures). When it was all hooked up I am unable to send data from the weather station to the truck which is crucial. Is there something that I am missing on why this connection won't happen?
