SIRIUS Sync usig IRIG-B Issue

I am using a DS-IRIG-ACDC device for sync on SIRIUS Slices and keep getting a "Sync Lost" message. It sometimes resets and will run for several minutes before encountering the error message again. Sometimes it will not even start to record. I am running the latest X3 32bit versions of DEWESoft and all firmware across all 5 slices are up to date. I believe I have set the settings correctly; It will run for several minutes before getting the "Sync Lost" error message. If I revert back to the normal sync method "Dewesoft devices" in the settings and remove the Irig-b ACDC device, DEWESoft runs without any errors.

Question: Is there a know issue with DEWESoft or the firmware that is preventing my Irig-b timing (sync) to operate correctly?

Hi,

there are no known issues with DS-IRIG-ACDC clock. Could we get a little more information about the system which didn't work correctly?
It would be good to know what kind of signal was brought to ACDC clock so we can try the same configuration here.

Just to be sure, was the ACDC clock set to the correct mode with the button between BNC connectors?
