I have this load cell that im looking to make a cable that has a dsub9 connector for a siruis x. What would be the correct pin out and set up.

Dear Paul,
thank you for providing the sensors datasheet.
I have found that it is possible to connect it directly to the Pin2 and Pin7 on the DSUB9 connector. The amplifier should be set to single-ended mode:
The hand held device outputs +/- 1V:
