Firmware upgrade error

I tried the update, but it doesn't progress any more after an hour has passed in the same state as the picture. please tell me the solution

thank you for reaching out to us. The error suggests that the files are not found. The path of the firmware package file has some strange characters for folder delimiters - usually this delimiter is \. Would you please be so kind and check why the strange folder delimiter occur (different language settings)?
